The Hmong National Development Conference (HNDC) is the premier national gathering for Hmong people across the United States, bringing together community leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, students, and advocates. Held biennially, the conference serves as a platform to address critical issues such as economic empowerment, education, leadership development, and cultural preservation within the Hmong community.
Participants engage in workshops, plenary sessions, and cultural activities designed to foster collaboration, elevate advocacy efforts, and strengthen the Hmong American voice on a national scale. With a rich history of uniting thousands of attendees, HNDC remains the flagship event for building networks, celebrating achievements, and inspiring the next generation of Hmong leaders.
Join us in Minneapolis, April 16-19, 2025 for HNDC 2025 to celebrate the 20th Conference and Hmong Americans’ 50th Anniversary of the Diaspora in the U.S.A.
